Chicago TARDIS 2025 FAQ

Ticket Pick Up and Sales

  • How do I pick up my badge?
Visit Registration & Sales (linked in the map above) during the following times to pick up your badge:
Thursday: 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm (VIP Only)
    Friday: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
    Saturday: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
    Sunday: 9:00 am - 7:00 pm
(Badge pick up will end around 5 pm Sunday, and registration for 2026 will start around 3 pm.)

  • When do ticket sales close?
You can visit our ticketing provider Eventbrite to register before the start of the convention. We will also have select tickets available at the door. Unless tickets sell out, we will continue to sell them throughout the event!

  • What forms of payment will you accept at the door?
We will accept credit or debit card and cash.

  • Where can I buy auto and photo tickets?
Go here to buy auto and photo tickets for the weekend of the event.
Note: Tickets will be able to be purchased online all weekend during Chicago TARDIS, so you do not need to visit Registration and Sales for auto or photo tickets.

  • How do I redeem my autograph and/or photograph tickets?
If you purchased tickets in advance and have them on your Eventbrite app, downloaded on your phone, or printed out from the confirmation email, you can take this directly to the Queue Room 10-15 minutes before the chosen autograph and photograph session. If you would like to buy tickets on site, you will have to visit Registration and Sales before going to the Queue Room 10-15 minutes before the chosen autograph or photograph session.

  • Where do I go for my autograph and photograph sessions?
Our Queue Room is located towards the back of the convention space, behind the hotel lobby. There, you will line up 10-25 minutes before each autograph and photograph session. A staff member will place you in line and lead you to the correct location for your session where you should have your QR code ready on your ticket for a staff member to scan. You must check in at the Queue Room before attending all of your autograph and photograph sessions.
