Miranda Raison appeared in two episodes of Doctor Who, “Daleks in Manhattan” and “Evolution of the Daleks” opposite David Tennant, before becoming a regular fixture in the Doctor Who universe as Constance Clarke, companion to the Sixth Doctor in Big Finish Productions’ long-running audio series.

Raison is best known to UK audiences for playing Jo Portman in five seasons of Spooks (known in the US as MI5), Nellie Davenport in HBO’s Warrior, as well as Spotless, Vexed, Silk, Plus One, Dark Heart, Married, Single, Other, Sister Boniface Mysteries, Dirk Gently, Merlin, 24: Live Another Day, and Nightflyers. 

Raison is also a prolific voice actress for video games including Elden Ring, Anthem, Mass Effect: Andromeda and the Dragon Age universe.
