Convention Updates - Week of 09/24/25
Here’s a little recap of all the Chicago TARDIS news that has happened this week,
and what you can expect as the week closes out!
All Guest Auto + Photo
Tickets On Sale for Premium Members This Friday, 09/26
Premium members will get their chance to purchase the remainder of the 2025 guest autograph and photograph tickets starting this Friday, 09/26 at noon, CT.
An email will be sent out by the end of Thursday, 09/25, to all of these members (All-Access, Reserved, and Priority) about how to purchase as well as the discount code to use on the relevant tickets, and the list of which guests fall under the one free autograph and one free photograph redemption for All-Access and Reserved members.
GA Weekend and Single Day members will be able to purchase these tickets starting Tuesday, 09/30, at noon, CT.
Join Dalek Alley
Do you want to join Dalek Alley in 2025?
If you have a Dalek, K-9, or other Doctor Who props you think we might be interested in displaying this year in Dalek Alley or around the convention, get in touch with us via email!
We're always looking for returning and new Dalek/robot handlers to showcase at the con.
Get to Know Costuming & Gaming
Join our cosplay community at Chicago TARDIS.
There are so many ways to get involved:
✨️ Join in our Chronological Cavalcade on Friday night of the con, and show off your cosplay in a con-competitive environment
✨️ Compete in our Hallway Cosplay competitions throughout the weekend or even compete in the Masquerade on Saturday night
✨️ Attend workshops and panels (or even pitch some when the time comes) all about the art of creating and executing your costume-related projects
Sign-ups for all of these events will take place closer to the con weekend.

Anyone can join in at the Gaming Citadel at Chicago TARDIS.
Chicago TARDIS exclusive tabletop games have included: “The Rory Adventure Game,” “Wibbly Wobbly Timey Wimey,” “Doctor Who Memory Worm Game,” “Doctor Who Love Letters,” “Find It!”, and more. We also have many more Doctor Who-themed board games you can borrow and play.
Our gaming staff spends the year creating their original games, and we guarantee they will impress even the most stoic Time Lord!
You can sign up for gaming sessions at the con itself, and all gaming-related programming will be on our schedule when released.
