Alexander Devrient

BIO

Alexander Devrient is best known to Doctor Who fans for playing Colonel Christofer Ibrahim, right-hand man to UNIT’s Kate Stewart, a role he’s played since 2023 and reprised in the spinoff series The War Between the Land and the Sea.

Devrient was part of the main cast in the critically acclaimed theatre show The Jungle directed by Stephen Daldry and Justin Martin, and has performed on stage in the West End (London), at St.Ann’s Warehouse (NYC), and the Curran (San Francisco). Devrient has been featured in Barcelona Crime, Ted Lasso, Helgoland 513, The Bastard Son & The Devil Himself, The Lazarus Project, Motherland, Tommies, The Bureau, The Danish Girl, Industry and Emmerdale.

He is also a voice actor who’s appeared in the Dragon Age and Jagged Alliance franchises, among others.
