Frazer Hines Cancellation

We are very sad to announce that Frazer Hines will not be able to join us for Chicago TARDIS 2023 due to a job rescheduling.

All autograph and photograph refunds have been issued and emails about replacing auto and photo sessions for All Access and Reserved Members who chose Frazer for their complimentary auto and photo session have been sent out.
