Four Days to Go Until Chicago TARDIS 2021

We can't believe Chicago TARDIS 2021 is only a few days away! As we approach the start of the convention, we wanted to round up some very important announcements that you might have missed or need to know before the convention begins.


Our Schedule

The Chicago TARDIS schedule is now live. We will also be linking a downloadable schedule for the convention in the coming days as we have chosen not to print program books for 2021. You will be able to print this schedule or view it on your phone in PDF form. More info on that is coming soon! 

Badge Pick-Up

Badge Pick-Up for Premium Members (All-Access, Reserved, Priority) will begin on Thursday, November 25th at 4:00 pm. We will also have an early pick up for General Admission Weekend members starting at 5:30 pm and closing at 7:00 pm. No sales will happen at this time, just pick up. Please note that you will need to have your proof of vaccination or negative COVID test ready to show our staff as you enter the line to pick up your badge. You will be issued a sticker on your badge to show that you've been verified, and then you can proceed in the line to Registration. 

Once again, Registration will be located in Grand Ballroom D. The start of the Registration line will be located across from the entrance to Main Programming. Signage will direct you where to go as you arrive.

Additional badge pickup times, badge sales, and autograph and photograph sales will take place as follows:

Friday - 8:00 am to 6:00 pm

Saturday - 8:30 am to 6:00 pm

Sunday - 9:00 am to 5:30 pm

Registration for Premium and General Admission Members will open on-site starting Sunday afternoon at 3:00 pm.


Meet and Greets

Today is the last day Premium Members will have exclusive access to Meet and Greet sessions. Tomorrow, we will be opening up these sessions to General Admission Members. Look out for information on these limited sessions in your inbox and on our social media.

Today is your last day to sign up for costume programming panels. Go to our page on the site to pick your panels now!
