Chicago TARDIS 2022 FAQ

Chicago TARDIS 2022 is only a few days away!

We've put this FAQ together for all of our members to help smoothly navigate the convention experience. It includes schedule download links, badge pick-up information, times for on-site membership and auto/photo sales, restaurant guide, and more.


Our Schedule

The Chicago TARDIS schedule is now live. You can print the schedule here or download it on your phone as a PDF or via the Sched app.

We have chosen, once again, not to have a printed program book for 2022. However, we will have grid schedules for each day available in Registration.

If you cannot follow the live schedule online, we suggest you download and print the schedule via Sched or use the signage posted outside of each room to guide you on what programming is happening at any given time.


Badge Pick Up

Badge Pick-Up will take place on Thursday, November 25th from 5:00-7:00 pm for Premium (All Access, Reserved, Priority) Members. 

Badge pickup times for all Members are as follows:

Friday - 8:00 am to 6:00 pm

Saturday - 8:30 am to 6:00 pm

Sunday - 9:00 am to 5:30 pm

2023 pre-registration for Premium and General Admission Members will open on-site starting Sunday afternoon at 3 pm.

Once again, Registration will be located in Grand Ballroom D. The start of the Registration line will be located across from the entrance to Main Programming. Signage and a staff member will direct you where to go as you arrive.


Registration Hours & Auto/Photo Sales

Registration (Grand Ballroom D) will be open each day at the following times:

Friday - 8:00 am to 6:00 pm

Saturday - 8:30 am to 6:00 pm

Sunday - 9:00 am to 5:30 pm

All Members may pick up their badges, buy memberships on-site, or purchase auto and photo tickets during these times.

We recommend buying your autograph and photograph sessions online when possible. No autograph tickets for Kevin McNally or our Big Finish guests will be available to purchase in Registration. You will have to visit these guests’ tables in the Dealers’ Room during their designated autograph times to purchase autographs.


Meet and Greets

Only 3 spaces remain in the Sophia Myles Meet and Greet event on Saturday night of Chicago TARDIS. We expect these tickets to sell out shortly.

If you missed out on a space in the Saturday Meet and Greets, you can always purchase tickets for our Friday Night Group Meet and Greet here.


Food Guide

Need to find food during the weekend? We have you covered!

In-house restaurants Holy Mackerel and Harry Caray’s will be open during normal operating hours as follows:

Thursday (Thanksgiving): 12:00-8:00pm
Friday: 6:00am-10:00pm
Saturday: 7:00 am-10:00pm
Sunday: 7:00-11:00 am + 4:00-9:00pm

The in-house cafe, Yorktown Market, serving coffee, light breakfast, lunch, and snacks will be open every day from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm.
