Every year, we get questions about our registration and autograph and photograph ticketing process. Our Registration and Ticketing area is where you will pick up your badge if you've pre-bought your membership, buy your membership at the door, and take care of all in-person autograph and photograph ticket business. Read below or over on our site to see all the frequently asked questions we get related to ticketing.



❓: Where is the Registration and Ticketing area?
📣: Registration and Ticketing is located in Grand Ballroom D - right around the corner from Main Programming.

❓: What are your Registration and Ticketing hours?
📣: Registration and Ticketing is open during the following hours of the convention:
**Friday: 8 am (badge pick-up or buying only; other services will start at 9 am) to 5 pm
**Saturday: 9 am to 5 pm
**Sunday: 10 am to 6 pm

❓: Will you have early badge pick-up on Thursday?
📣: Yes, we will be opening up badge pick-up on Thursday, 11/28, from 6 - 8 pm for PREMIUM MEMBERS only.

❓: Do you charge more if I register at the door?
📣: Yes, tickets are $10 more for each available tier at the door. We always recommend you pre-buy so you get a discount and can pick up your badge faster!

❓: What are the perks to pre-buying autograph and photograph tickets?
📣: 1) No lines! Have your photograph and autograph tickets in your hand via the methods below, and line up for your session. No ticket redeeming is necessary!
2) You can print them from home, and we'll scan the bar code right before you go into your session OR take a screenshot of your ticket on your phone! If you're worried about Wi-Fi in our space, you can save your ticket as a photo or PDF on your phone and show it to us to be scanned before your session.

❓: How do I buy autograph & photograph tickets at the con?
📣: We have two ways:
1) You can buy in person at our Registration and Ticketing area. We will print out a physical ticket for you with a special bar code that will be scanned by our Line Staff before you go into your autograph or photograph session.
2) Buy online! (You can even do this when you're waiting in line anywhere in the convention space.) Use the ticketing links we have shared via our website or scan QR codes we have posted throughout the convention space to buy your auto or photo tickets.
**This year, we will have enhanced Wi-Fi throughout the space to make this process easier.**

❓: I'm a Premium Member, when does my ticket discount expire?
📣: All ticket discounts expire on November 15th.
