Now that the convention is about two and a half months away, our updates will come more frequently. Read on to discover our latest news - including some exciting things coming later this week.
Meet and Greet Tickets
Paul McGann and Sylvester McCoy Meet and Greet tickets are now sold out. A few tickets for Tosin Cole’s Meet and Greet remain. You can purchase them here.
We will have a few other Meet and Greets that will soon go on sale involving our Classic Series guests. These will not be released to Premium members first but will be open for general sale to everyone when tickets go live. We anticipate these going on sale later in the week.
Call for Panelists
Our Call for Panels just closed yesterday, and we are impressed with all of your great submissions!
Expect our Call for Panelists to go live Monday, September 23rd. This date may change, but we will inform you about the opening of panelist submissions well before the opening date. We expect the submission window to be about three weeks once the form is available.
Be sure you’re following our usual update channels (social media pages, website, email list) for exact details.
Yes, we do have a few more guests that we’re waiting to announce! We anticipate all announcements being wrapped up by the end of this month. (That’s just a few weeks away!)
Once these last few announcements are made, we will be putting both autograph and photographs on sale and asking Brunch ticket holders for their seating of choice. That leads us to our other two points of business…
Autograph and Photograph Sales
We’ve (understandably) had a lot of questions regarding when these sales will open up. Each year, we open up these tickets to the public as soon as our last guest announcements are made. As we mentioned above, our final guest announcements should be made by the end of September. In this case, autograph and photograph sales will begin the first week of October.
Again, be sure you’re following our usual update channels to be sure you don’t miss when these ticket sales go live.
Brunch Seating Choices
Just as we are waiting for the announcement of our final guests to make autograph and photograph sales live, we are also waiting to send out brunch seating choice emails.
Once final guests are announced, we expect these emails to go within a few days. Please keep an eye on your inbox if you purchased a brunch ticket as we will need to know your choices fairly quickly when it is time.
#CT20 Logo Contest
Coming later this week we will have few details on our 20th Anniversary logo contest! We want you, fans and attendees, to design our logo for this year of Chicago TARDIS.
The winner will receive a cash prize and special opportunities with guests.
